A STUNNING NEW CHAPTER FOR THIS HISTORIC HOTEL

It’s about the journey.

The story of this boutique hotel begins with the purchase of an abandoned estate on the second seafront in the coastal town of Castelldefels (Catalonia-Spain), where urban & environmental laws are very strict. Over the last decade, the rehabilitation of several dilapidated buildings has given way to a huge expanse dotted with small hotels & timeless houses in the midst of a wild nature. A paradise where silence, rest & disconnection are assured.

This family project has grown, matured & flourished in just six years.

The hotel will comprise 35 rooms of different types spread across 3 floors of the main building & an independent house of which 20 are standard, 8 junior suites, 5 garden suites & 2 family apartments. With lounges, indoor & outdoor dining rooms, a combination of study & library, restaurant, two kitchens, a screening room ideal for family movie nights, a patio with pergola with its own outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings, outdoor pool, indoor pool, and a Spa that will be inspired by Eastern & Western therapies that focus on spiritual, mental & physical harmony combining rich Asian knowledge & spirit of generosity with European techniques.

The ability to completely renovate a space, demolishing elements or adding new pieces, altering its functionality & improving its setting, is one of the most admired works of our main architect, Sam Gutiérrez.

By the end of 2023 this striking hotel in second sea line will house over 35 rooms & suites, purposefully designed within families in mind. Tailor-made programmes & dedicated facilities such as a spa garden for mind relaxation & an outdoor swimming pool will encourage families to embrace a healthier lifestyle together.
